Things You Should Know

• Garbage pick-up is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
• Recycling is Thursday
• Bulk pick-up is every other Wednesday beginning 1/6/2021
• Check the HVHOA webiste for updates
• Do not store BBQ grills in your garage as it is a fire hazaard
• BBQ grills should be placed 4' - 6' from building when in use
• Dryer vents must be cleaned every year
• Fire pits, bonfires, tiki torches, and fireworks are prohibited
• Bird feeders are prohibited
