SEALCOATING OF ALL PRIVATE ROADS AND SOME DRIVEWAYS

Please be advised that sealcoating of our private roads (Olde Wagon Rd, The Knolls, The Rise, Candlestick Court and Weathervane Way), including some driveways, will begin the first week of September and last for a few weeks, weather permitting. You will receive notices when to move your vehicles. If you will be out of town in September, you will need to make arrangements to have your vehicle moved, and please contact the office (986-5240) to let them know these arrangements.

The restrooms at Pool 1 were renovated this year by our maintenance supervisor, Bill Schultz. Please click here to see the before and after photos.

Please do not flush baby wipes, personal wipes, or paper towels. These items are not biodegradable. They clog the main sewage lines which causes toilets to overflow sewage into surrounding units in your building.

OVERNIGHT PARKING RULES TAKE EFFECT NOVEMBER 1ST.

Please remember that the parking of vehicles is prohibited on Homestead Village Drive and Village Green Court between the hours of 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. from November 1st until April 1st of the following year. This is a Village of Warwick Restriction.

DISH NETWORK SATELITE PLACEMENT

If you are interested in using Dish Network, please contact the office for approval of the location of the satellite dish. Certain areas of the complex are unable to get satellite reception.

Please be advised that any homeowner wishing to view or receive a copy of the annual audited financials or the budget –please contact the office.

PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOUR PET. WE CONTINUE TO HAVE PROBLEMS WITH PEOPLE NOT CARING AND LEAVING PET WASTE ON THE SIDEWALKS AND GRASS AREAS.

PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW YOUR PET TO ELIMINATE ON THE DOG STATIONS. THEY ARE RUSTING AND IN THE COLD WEATHER THE BAGS ARE STICKING TOGETHER AND ITS HARD TO CLEAN THEM OUT. IF THIS CONTINUES THEY WILL RUST AND AS A RESULT HAVE TO BE REPLACED.

IF YOU ARE SEEN NOT PICKING UP AFTER YOUR PET AND REPORTED , IT WILL RESULT IN A WARNING/AND FINE.

The Friends of the Library have welcomed Homestead Village to their Red Shelf program. An assortment of books donated to the Friends will be brought once a month to Homestead Village. You may keep the books or return them to the shelf when you are done.

The books are stored in the Clubhouse on the wall adjoining the Office. They are in a large bookcase, on the red shelf. The Office is open Monday- Friday till 4 PM.
